Clara Cannucciari is a 93 year old who is a You Tube sensation on her show, Great Depression Cooking with Clara. Clara Cannucciari imparts her experiences when she was deeply depressed. The show is called “Great Depression Cooking with Clara” because during her depression, she always cooked pasta only in different recipes. Clara Cannucciari in the “Great Depression Cooking with Clara” You Tube videos shares recipes taught by her mother when she was young.

Clara Cannucciari is not an ordinary lady at the age of 93. Aside from her show “Great Depression Cooking with Clara” on You Tube, Clara also has her own blog and facebook account. Not much common for a woman of her age so I find it quite amazing. Clara Cannucciari is indeed one exceptional woman. Thanks to his loving grandson, Chris Cannucciari, who films her show Great Depression Cooking with Clara You Tube videos. potatoes (diced)
onion (diced or minced)
1 can of green peas
1 cup of pasta
olive oil
salt
black pepper
tomato sauce
grated cheese for garnishing
