		<description>Amor,

That&#039;s just normal fren. You see, when we get sick, our body functions like our heart rates are altered. Usually the increase in heart rate during fever is a sign that your heart is working harder to compensate for the higher amount of oxygen needed by your body when you are not well. Our blood carries oxygen throughout the whole body so the heart should pump more blood to sustain the oxygen requirements of our systems. ;-)

		<description>Mhy,

I always find time to do some exercises especially now that stress on me is too much. Simple and light exercises will do just fine. Walking is a good way to increase cardiorespiratory endurance and regulate heart rate. A kilometer of walking will be very good for your health. You may do it once a day or once ever other day.

<description>Aba! Jess, ako naman ang nagulat sa bagong site mo. Dagdag na naman ito sa mga raket mo, hehee! I used to do easy exercise and training but it&#039;s hard to do now when time is not enough.
